Our firends in Texas did the group purchase for U1. With MSRP over 9k, they
were able to get a brand new one at ~$5500. This would require at leasr 10,
more preferrabley 15 people.
If U1 did not work out, the target price for Kawai K3 would be around $4800.

Kawai K3: $4700 including everything.
Yamaha U1: $5999 plus shipping and tax.
The prices here were based on the number of people we currently have. If we
gets more, a few hundreds more discount is certainly possible.
