My firend told me one story.
They attend one party with her daughter around 4. one boy around 8 ask my
friend daughter to play with him in back yard, then after a while he ask the
little girl to take off her underpants.
My friend told me she start to tell her daughter to protect herself when she
start to know potty.
That scared me, since I have a daughter too.
So be CAREFULLY!
