刚刚读书，好像找到了答案，抄写如下：
“We need to get out of the habit of treating college as job training. With
a few exceptions-for professions such as teaching or engineering-college is
not really designed to be job training. It is designed to produce well-
educated adults. It is time to teach our children that we expect them to
become well-educated adults. That is why we expect them to go to college."
不知道大学有没有辜负作者的希望， 不过上面这段话是蛮Convincing的吧。 |
