At the beginning of this month, I call credit protector to cancel my
membership. An agent told me I can get two mimimum fees waived because my
address was changed some days ago. After I get the two fees back, then I can
call to cancel the program if I want. But today when my this month's
statement is available, I found not only minimum fee is not waived, but I
got charged by protector fee!!
