commission fee vary between card issuers, ~2-5%
3. currency conversion is done by VISA (or MC) international clearing center
at their published rate + ~1-3% service fee (don't remember how much)
before transactions (in USD now) are sent to the card issuer.
ask your card issuer for more accurate and current information, but generally
it won't be good for daily purchases made in C |
