This is a very irresponsible comment. If you know
someone on F1 is doing this, you should help him
by keeping silent.
Open a business only cost around $200-$300 with
lawyer and accountant consultation( if you do
it all by yourself, it's even cheaper, you only
need $50 to start your business in Colorado), and
if the case you know is true and legal, then you are
assuming all Chinese students are too stupid to

I am not mission the point, and yes that is
exactly the point I am shooting at. The
previous reply maked it too easy, and my
point is it is not as easy as $50 or your
$12 in your post.
If you have money, you don't even need to
be F1, you can be a rich boy in China and
invest a company in US, and hire yourself.
And yes, I know many cases H1-B hire themselves
and sponsor themselves.
It's more then just pay yourself salary,
