Just cannot figure out how to do this. Seems can only specify the amount to
pay for this each time using the auto. Anybody has any idea?

You can called their customer service number and tell them you want to
enroll in auto-pay. They will send you a paper form, you fill it out and
send back.
Their is not such an option online. This must be done through paper mail.
