准备立遗嘱, 发现有WILLS和LIVING TRUSTS两种, 主要区别是
Wills can appoint a guardian to raise young children if you can't. Trusts
CANNOT.
Trusts can avoid probate while Wills CANNOT. Probate typically takes from
nine to 18 months.to file a deceased person's will with the court, gather
the assets, pay debts and taxes and eventually distribute what is left as
