对方对stipend是这么描述的
I think we can make a full payment that would be reported on a Form 1042-
S. But I’m no tax expert, so I will have to double-check. In that case,
you would be responsible for paying the tax yourself, if you owe any.
这是说stipend可以少交一点税，还是说这些stipend的税以后自己交啊。 |
