能否从BOA里面billpay的时候, 多pay一些(overpay), 然后变相提高cl??

Not sure if this would increase your maximum one time charge. I used to be
told that the one time charge would always <= your credit regardless with
your balance. But some one claimed applicable, I mean, on some cards, may
not be fidelity amex. Enjoy. |
