标 题: Anyone has received a Austin Tax Refund?

I received a check from United State Treasury and it has a title of Austin
Tax Refund. It's green/yellow/pink with images of the statue of liberty on
it and it says it comes from Austin,Texas. But it doesn't belong to federal
or state income tax return. I don't know whether it is a fraud or real check
. Anyone has similar experience? Thanks a | z*****y
