发帖数: 102 | 2 Usually, when you contact citi CSR by phone or email, they will ask you to
wait until 3 months have passed after your travel. If by then, the points
are still not posted, contact them again. They will respond by asking for
the following item(s): booked itinerary, airline receipt, or boarding passes
(so don't throw them away). Once you fax or mail those to citi, if everything
is right, they will credit the points.
I recently did this and strangely, they gave me more points than expected (
