freedom which is upgraded to ultimate rewards, typically a 1.1% cash back
card.
But I notice a lot of negative comments about FIA card service. How do you

regarding its application process, very few of them address their customer
service, that's why I rasie my question. And I believe it's worth discussion
, just like nowadays many people on this board remind new cops to stay away
from Capital one, ect. Such discussion will definitely benefit most people
on this board.
Anyway, thanks for your comments and I'll do my own research.

I contacted FIA by phone several times and the only complaint I have is that
i have to wait five or even ten minutes to speak to its csr. For Chase or
AMEX, I usually wait less than one minute.
