a*********9 发帖数: 523	1 快工作了，想找一个HIGH APR的 ONLINE ACCOUNT (checking & saving)，不知道 DISCOVER Money Account和SAVING好不好呢？ RATE看上去是挺高的，不过用起来不知道方不方便？（例如从 BOA用DISCOVER卡提钱可以吗？要不要收手续费呢？）
