那我可以买一些东西达到那个价钱，比如笔记本，然后找商家退货退钱。
在一个月后银行要我还钱的时候，商家把钱退了能cover我之前欠的。这样算有消费么？

Back to your question, I would say it would be qualified as long as the merchant does not refund your $$ back to your credit card.
But if your credit card gives some cash back(1%, 2%, 3%, or 5%) on some type
of spending, why don't you buy some gift cards that you would use? | S******y

7500点积分。然后恰好我买了东西要退货，所以我就想到了刚才的问题。我并不是特别
