and BofA web site after registration.
in one place it says "Shop or dine at participating promotion retailers and
restaurants using your registered Bank of America debit card."
the terms actually say "Only transactions made in the store at 10% Cash Back
In-Store Retailers with a Bank of America® debit or consumer credit
card that is registered in the 10% Cash Back In-Store Promotion qualify for
a 10% cash-back rebat |

either use it as a debit card w/ a PIN, or use it as a credit card w/o a PIN
when prompted for a PIN at the terminal you either specify "credit" or "
cancel", depending on the choices presented to you. If giving the card to
the cashier, if asked "debit or credit?", answer "credit."

the activation fee for a AmEx GC is anywhere between $3.95 and $5.95
depending on the denomination. Yes, it can be used at Costco.
clearly it is not a good idea to buy AmEx GC in store

的charge日期说不定就在期限里面了，别是买多了，后面的不算，一样亏，另外，
gift card 买了以后都不能退
