Beneficiary's bank name & address, Beneficiary's bank Account number
Beneficiary's name and address, beneficiary's account number
I called my bank and they gave me three numbers, the swift code, the
routining number and my account number. I am not sure which one or
combination of them falls into the above Beneficiary's bank Account number
and beneficiary's account n | l***s

I think the beneficiary's bank is the receiver's bank
information.

Beneficiary's bank name & address, Beneficiary's bank Account number:
填你的银行的swift code + 你的银行的名称和地址
e.g. J.P. Morgan Chase Bank (Swift code: CHASUS33), 1 Chase Manhattan Plaza, New York, NY 10081, USA
Beneficiary's name and address, beneficiary's account number:
填你的银行帐号，你的名字和美国地址（跟在美国这边银行的记录一致）
下面还有汇款附言(Remittance Information)，可以注明你的routing number |
