Several weeks ago I requested my annual free report, and on Nov 28 I was
charged by a credit report company. I could not recognize them and called
them.
They first said I must have ordered credit score; I said no.
Then they said your score must have not been calculated -- too new. I said I
know my credit score before.
then they transferred the call and a lady told me that someone else used my
credit card to order credit report. What a silly excuse.
who will steal other people's credit card info to order credit report? That
will reveal all his information -- on one will do this.

So u sure u went for the right website for the annual report?
The one charged you should be www.CreditReport.com, which is not the
official site.
