还有个问题不知道知道否？
就是如果北京到美国的飞机中间要过境加拿大，是否要加拿大签证？还是不需要？

the bonus miles will be credited to your AA account within few days after
your next closing date once you meet the requirement.
I think a Canadian visa is required, but I could be wrong.
