YMMV, but I was not a named recipient when I bought mine last fall - just
read about the deal and went to the website- and I should not be getting the
offer again anyway since a person can only manage 3 PASS cards for their "
young adults" and I already have three and I would think they should be
aware of that. Methinks that if you find the right link, you will get the
deal whether you were got a letter or not. At worst you won't get the bonus,
