* B. Log in at SonyRewards.com, click on "Your Account%u201C and then
click "View Purchase Credit Form%u201D.
* C. Fill out the form, indicating whether you are requesting 1) a
card credit 2) bonus points or 3) a card credit and bonus points.
Print it, and then mail it to the provided address along with a copy
of your sales receipt.
4. 21,499 converts to a $215 statement credit within a few weeks. Pay
minimum during 0% interest until the statement credit.
Sony points can also be used to reimburse you for the purchase of Sony
products at approved retailers at a rate of 1 cent per point.
If you are a CURRENT Chase Sony/Playstation Card Holders with
registered SonyRewards Account - you will need to set up a NEW
SonyRewards account to start earning points with new Capital One card
- points from old (Chase) SonyRewards account will NOT be combined
with the new (Capitol One) SonyRewards account But do not sign up for
a second Wheel of Fortune SPINID. In the unlikely event that your
SPINID is ever actually chosen, you will be disqualified for having
two SPINIDs.
