web sites and enroll in a Merchant Payee's online bill payment without
leaving the Citi Bill Central site. Access to the Service is only available
through Citi Cards Account Online web site http://www.accountonline.com or the Citibank .com web site ( https://www.online.citibank.com) if you have linked an eligible Citi credit card to the Citibank.com web site. You may only use the Service to pay bills in your name.
