3% of the amount of each transfer twith the 0% introductory APR balance
transfer offer described above, otherwise, either $10, or 5% of the amount
of each transfer, whichever is greater。。
其实这里面的APR我也没懂，APR是不是对 每月 （没有按时付清的那部分钱），所收的
利息
