I want to apply for a credit card for my parents in China so they can use it
when checking in a hotel( instead of paying cash as security deposit), can
be used for shopping..etc..
This card can be charged for both RMB(In china) and USD(In US) and can be
paid both by me (On line in US, in USD) and my parents(In China, in RMB)
Anyone know which bank and which card is the best?

But looks like some places in China only accept VISA and Master? Do they all
take discover?
Is there any good one from here?

discover在国内当银联刷，但是只能你付账单，USD
国内的双币卡没法在美国直接还款，不过你可以在国内开张借记卡先存点美元在里面，
用这张卡还美元账单

it's not a real credit card.
If i use discover in China, which side currency exchange shuold I base on?
How to pay you baozi? How many do I have? |

不能直接用美国的账号还款，所以你得在国内开一个
discover是银联结算，估计是现汇价吧，只能你在美国付美刀
