着$2 surcharge for non-customer. 所以每张卡充$202,FIA给你$4.04 rebate，实际
付出$198,ATM拿回$200.赚$2.每人好像可以拿3张卡，这样夫妻两人6张卡每月$12。还
没算每月信用卡$1200白借1个多月赚的利息。如果找到ATM fee 便宜点的，赚更多。

刚发现AmexPass有auto-reload选项，可以设定每月某一天自动打钱进去，这样就大大
减小劳动量，你需要做的就是每月去一次ATM，一次取6张卡，每张取$200，6张卡的密
码可以设成一样。 |
