To receive a Costco Member incentive, you must be a current Costco member at
the time you open your account. This must be your first Capital One Direct
Banking account of any kind through the Costco program and you must fund
your account with at least $5,000 within 30 days of account opening. The
applicable member incentive will be credited to your account 4-6 weeks after
you fund your account and may occur as two partial credits.

所以是要求公民/永久居民，同时还要pull信用记录？(hard or soft?) |

我是executive，所以手痒了...请问你知道条款里说的“要看credit report”指的算
是hard pull么？还是说saving account只是soft一下？
