I called yesterday to ask them match the 75k offer for me, declined.
I then sent a secured message to them (in you Amex account online) to ask
them apply code 5985 to my account and got a reply this morning saying that
they did that for me.
My friend also got it a few days ago with only one trial by secured
messaging.
