I contacted our Membership Rewards Team and they advised that this is a
known technical issue and our technical experts are working towards
resolving it.
In the meantime, they also advised that you should try to redeem the
certificate everyday. Please be assured that you would receive the bonus
points.
If the points are not posted within a week, please contact our Membership
Rewards Team at (800) 297-3276, 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 a.m. ET (Monday - Friday)
and 10 a.m. - 6:30 p.m. ET (Saturday and Sunday) along with your e-
certificate code.
We appreciate your patience and understanding. |

days in my case and I got my points without calling the customer service.
Just be patient.

There is no way you can get both for only one redemption. However you can
use both promotion in two separate redemption.
