so...targeted and from past experience, no luck without invitation

如果行的话，理论上2/28/12前可以至少使用两张不同的卡autopay，然后拿到至少2*$

u would find a lot of Amex promotions really targeted, if it already said
targeted.
U could certainly try, it won't do any harm to u even it turns out not
working except one (u might miss the next potential same offer that is
targeted for you)
I remember some guys already discussed about the automatic verification
system Amex is using in terms of the promo...
That is, if u r the targeted, ur name/card # already in a specific database
and once u r done with the requirements, u will be offered the credit
automatically. In some circumstances, the auto system has a glitch, and if u
r targeted but not credited, u could call Amex and talk to a rep to get the
credit...
But if u r not targeted, the auto system will not credit u and the rep won't
credit you since u r not targeted
Bottom line, u could try, but dont give hope
