31,但是那哥们当时没说,而且打开连接还有效，申请也成功了,AMEX不会为这点

能不能打开页面是一回事
当时打开的页面写的截止日期是啥时候才是关键的

23是9.1把link给俺,俺当天申请9.2 approve. 过了几个月23没动静，问23，23说
paypal划账给俺，俺开好paypal,过一段时间23才回，并改口link过期,amex没给bonus
她.但她没提供任何amex证明link过期她没拿到bonus,俺遂跟AMEX交涉。客服回:
You just ask your friend to write an email to us. You can choose to provide
the following information only if you are comfortable with sharing it.
Otherwise just ask her to write an email to us.
现在AMEX就等23发信，俺已经提供卡号给23，23却啰嗦一堆说怕上AMEX黑名单，AMEX必
须要我姓名住址卡末5位....，反正就是不愿发信给AMEX, 23你要是已经拿到bonus就直
说
信义比bonus更重要，在money版混，如果不讲信用还混啥。这个bonus 拿到咱就捐助慈
善.
下面是AMEX客服的回信让23给他们发信:
I understand that the link should have been disabled too.
Considering this case, the referral bonus points will not posted
automatically on your friend's account since the offered was expired on 8/31
/2011.
However, I'd like to have a check on your friend's card account if any
goodwill points or any exceptions can be issued/made or not.
As requested previously, please ask your friend to send us an email from her
User ID and I would review her account for the referral bonus points. You
may ask her to include your name, the last five digits of your Card account,
your city and the state in the email she sends us for review.
So, far we have not received any email from your friend.
I hope you understand.
I look forward to receiving email from your friend.

我开户的时候给了个关于bonus的confirmation letter， 上面有推荐和被推荐人的
name和 reference number， 这样应该不会赖吧...
