but the "express" version is not attractive since it cannot be transferred
to airlines as mileage |

MR点数了，可以转了。转过以后再打电话downgrade回blue，Amex会prorate annual fe

08年不一样了，2种人容易被FR:
1. 最近很多new accounts和AU的
2. 每个月charge超过100K的
