我这儿往返大1100（没人会在pricelin买回国机票）。如果用信用卡买得2000积分，往
返积15000，总共17000，省下约250块，相当花850买机票。
用点数还要算税，成本1000+。

半，13万，得$2000左右，然后拿这些钱给父母买淡季的票，反正他们也没打算夏天来
。再用剩下的点数升舱。总花费差不多，但买票就灵活多了。

will be able to accumulate miles faster. One person having 20K miles is
better than two persons each having 10K miles. If anyone has elite status,
he should use tickets paid by money so he can earn more bonus miles.
I would also try to keep all your points until you book tickets for your
parents, so you have the choice of using either points or money. If you sell
your points now, you will stuck with paying money for their tickets. Also
remember that you don't pay fee to change dates on reward tickets if 21 days
in advance (for UA/CO).
With UA/CO, you can now book reward tickets to cities in China other than
Beijing, Shanghai and Hongkong. For example, Chengdu to Chicago through
Beijing/Shanghai/Tokyo/Seoul/Hong Kong, with the same 65K miles. I'd assume
you would have to pay more money for such tickets.

程就可以升到商务舱，夹起来2000左右。刚才查了一下升舱的里程表，注意道旁边还有
一栏，写着400到600不等，就给联航打了电话，告知 升舱是单程三万里程外加400到
600不等的cash，这就比全用里程换要贵了。

miles per dollar spent on UA/CO.
15000 is airline bonus miles you earn from flying, not from any credit card. Earn 1 mile per mile you fly.
17000 miles are as valuable as $250 if you price it at about 1.5 cent per
miles.
