取出来不需要手续费？
atm用debit取现，还是直接网上transfer另一个银行的checking账户？

如果这样还不如直接transfer到其它银行的checking，可是我怎么看到fidelity网页上
写什么 如果转到某些银行，可能有手续费，不知道BOA有手续费么？还是我理解得不对

ATM fee will be automatically credited back to your account
