发帖数: 825 | 1 今天看了我的credit report,竟然发现我有$32钱的debt. Original creditor 是BMG
music club，现在已经转到了一个讨债公司 （RJM Acquisitions）。 Date opened：
2008年10月。但是我从来没有和这个BMG music club有过任何瓜葛啊。刚才google了一
下，网上无数人在抱怨：

而且BMG music club好像两年前就已经关门了，现在想找他们也找不着了。
有没有过来人能指导一下我该怎么做的。去credit bureau dispute, 给讨债公司打电
话argue， 还是认栽付钱了事（禁不起这个折腾，$32也不是很多，就当捐给难民了）
？问题是即使我付钱了，他们还会不会无缘无故的再charge 我。

for proof of the debt, Under FCRA, the creditor is required to comply with
the verification, google Debt verification letter for more info |

TransUnion and Experian 有这个debt，但 Eqifax 没有. 我 disputed了，
TransUnion今天就给我删了；但Experian还没有消息。我还有个问题是，如果我没付钱
的话，CA 会不会继续向他们report？我是不是还需要跟CA联系让他们也去掉这个debt
，还是没必要？

不需要跟CA联系了，等Experian的消息吧，应该不会继续report.如果你想付钱的话，
一定要sent "pay for delete letter" to CA
