300的offer电话还有效，就发chase的message要求match，言辞恳切，收到回复如下：

The offer is sent by mail and has a unique id code. If you
are the recipient of the 30,000 points offer kindly revert
to us with the offer id. While we appreciate your loyalty
to Chase, I regret that, without the offer id we will not
be able to match the offer.
