上，而且没有密码（哭！！），包括我的姓名，地址，生日，SSN, 护照号，Sevis号，

To be clear, there would be a fee ($5~20?) to freeze your account. It can be free if you have police report showing you are a victim. Eventually you need to tell them to remove the freeze when you think you are safe enough.
