+3000*5%+15000*1%=800 if no 2% part.
So the cashback rate is between 3.65%~4.44%.
It's decent for daily spending if you don't have other bonus offer with
spending requirement to worry about. Otherwise, it's not a great deal as a
bonus.

退货。 你要确保每个月3K，或者，你都满足了，可是人家还不给你，你又要折腾。
