站内跟人买了savings的code，但是online输入code后，提示：
We were unable to process your request. Unknown Error (807)
有人出现过类似的问题吗？这是代表不能online申请，只能去branch里试运气看banker
是否愿意开？
有谁online成功用了注明“bring this coupon to the branch”的code开chase账户？
能否指点一下？
