blue shield网站看了，我的benefits里面提到了marriage therapist，但是我没看懂
到底是说cover还是不cover。大家能帮我看一下吗？
The Covered Services of this benefit section are covered in full, with no
cost to you, except as follows:
Benefits for all Outpatient office visits, except for Surgery or maternity
services after the first pre-natal visit, are subject to a Copayment of $30
per visit, unless otherwise specified in this Certificate, and then will be

因为的意思是，我理解
都cover，除了outpatient（这里的outpatient不含surgery。。。。），需要你
copay30刀，除非另外注明。

the whole paragragh. This line is pretty clear that marriage counselling is
not covered.
Last hope is to give your insurance info to the Dr./therapist and have him/
her get pre-authorization from the insurance company before you go there.
