对于
1) 10 statement credit,
2) 5 off 10 amc
3) 25 off 50 pacsun
这三个offer，大多数情况下是load offer即时发出email
但一样有比较多的时候，并不能当场收到email
原因有
1) 用户虽然设立的email，但email设置不正确，导致inbox不能收信
2) 用户sync时填的email地址和xbox地址不一样。
万一用户自己忘了sync时所填的地址，，，you know，自然也收不到
3) amex/微软的系统发信有时有延迟，这个延迟甚至达数日
此外
对于
1) wake up john的确认信
2) operation completion (bestbuy offer的第一封确认信)
一般会在成就取得之后的2~7天内收到信
again，如果用户的email设置有之前提到过的问题，一样收不到信
此外，
对于bestbuy消费之后的信（bestbuy offer的第二封确认信）
一般会在店里面消费之后立即收到
但exception一样也会有
