问题：什么时候收到上述email?
答：
对于
1) 10 statement credit,
2) 5 off 10 amc
3) 25 off 50 pacsun
这三个offer，大多数情况下是load offer即时发出email
凡事无绝对，偶尔也有收不到email的情况
可能的原因包括
1) 用户虽然设立的email，但email设置不正确，导致inbox不能收信
2) 用户sync时填的邮箱和xbox邮箱不一样。
万一用户自己忘了sync时所填的邮箱，但只查了xbox的邮箱，自然是看不到信啦
3) amex/微软的系统发信有时有延迟，这个延迟甚至达数日
4) 被识别成spam
此外
对于
1) wake up john的确认信
2) operation completion (bestbuy offer的第一封确认信)
一般会在成就取得之后的2~7天内收到信
again，如果用户的email设置有之前提到过的问题，一样收不到信
此外，
对于bestbuy消费之后的信（bestbuy offer的第二封确认信）
一般会在店里面消费之后立即收到
但延迟一样也会有，YMMV
如果同一个账户在同一天内取得WUJ和OC成就，那么确认信是否会在一起发呢？
答：实际情况并不是如此，WUJ和OC的确认信有时候会不在同一天内发出 |
