so what u can do is trying by urself
that blog saying no is really dumb; they only read through the terms and
guessed; and they even called citi to discuss about it, and saying citi CSR
says no; at last, they admitted they were wrong because many readers told
them it was still working
as I remember, they never tried by themselves. Citi CSR may not know
anything about real practice, either. |
