experience, so I had to call them. it was has been at least 3 weeks now,
they still didn't fix the bug? the resprentive said your comments would be
forwarded.
Also remember, there is 90 days expire date on transferred points.

and ppl on this board once confirmed this rate is not for forward users
it is strange ur GF has it now, if she only has forward
there was some short period when forward users can redeem Amazon GC at the
better rate, but it has been gone for a long time
and users with TY premier can have that good rate even with TY points from
forward
