条款里，首先要求是Permanent Resident，
You maintain your Permanent Residence within the 50 United States of America
, the District of Columbia, Puerto
Rico or the U.S. Virgin Islands.
然后说学生不符合条件，
A PERSONAL, GOLD, Rewards Plus Gold Cardmember who is enrolled at an
accredited four-year college, university or graduate school in the
United States and is receiving student benefits provided as a benefit of
Cardmembership is not eligible for benefits under this Policy | V*s
