Your rewards points from your existing Bank of America credit card don't
transfer to theBankAmericard Better Balance Rewards credit card.
Please be advised that you will start to earn better balance rewards when
the account is converted which is 2-4 weeks.
You should receive your new credit card in 2 to 4 weeks, provided your
account is open and in good standing. Continue to use your existing card
until you receive your new one. Any points or rewards program you may have
on your current account will be forfeit when the account changes to the
Better Balance Rewards program.
Your account number will change and your previous account number cannot be
reinstated. All account history, including existing balances and credits
will transfer to your new card. Overdraft protection, if applicable will
automatically transfer to your new credit card account. Be advised that it
may take up to three weeks for this to occur. Once you receive your new card
, destroy your existing card and any access checks. Remember to notify any
merchants with whom you have recurring charges about your new account number
and expiration date once it arrives.
4月21号晚上，online account显示cash rewards 123卡变成了better balance
rewards，但是卡号后四位没有变。
不知道卡号会不会变、会不会收到新卡。 | p******a
