($500 is gone). 找walmart无数次，CSM 很不配合， 最后打印了transaction, 说
transaction 当时 void 了，funds release， 叫我找GC的银行要钱。 刚才打电话到
vanilla CS， CS 告诉我walmart没有refund. 她说如果我把vanilla gift card 当作
debit 卡用， void transaction will not release funds, walmart has to
manually refund me.
问题是walmart CSM很恶劣， 除了在电脑里找transaction, 证明void了， 不原意查任
何其他的信息。
大家帮出处主意, 下一步该怎么办？

发帖数: 699 | 3 跟据Vanilla Gift Card customer service 说的， 如果我把Vanilla GC 当作debit
card 用，walmart 会当时把钱withdraw, void transaction 只是cancel pending
transaction, 不会release funds. 也就是说，walmart 收了钱了。
要不然，我的$500到哪去了？

card. For example, purchase through AXP take 7 days for charge falling off
after cancelling. I will be worried if I did not receive the money after 7
business days.

发帖数: 699 | 5 But the issue is that the Vanilla GC Customer Service told me that if I used
it as debit card, the funds would not be automatically refund by voiding
the transaction. If it is used as credit card, yes, void transaction will
release the funds.

Go ahead and file a dispute with vanilla. You will get your money back in a
