It's pretty common for new cards. Very probably that your cards are
suspended by the bank for fraud protection. Just call the number on the back
of your card to verify your identity and transactions.

thanks. i called them ap and the temporary hold on my accounts have been
removed.. i was able to buy 2 white vanilla cards today..
