Your QuickBooks Payroll Subscription
Dear xxxx
As of May 31 2013, live technical support and business services for
QuickBooks 2010--including Intuit QuickBooks Payroll--were discontinued. In
order to keep using your Intuit QuickBooks Payroll service, you needed to
upgrade to a supported version of QuickBooks by May 31, 2013. We understand
that it takes time to install and register a new version of QuickBooks, and
we have made multiple attempts to contact all affected customers over the
past several months.
Our records indicate that you have not yet upgraded your QuickBooks software
. As a result, your payroll service is no longer functional, and we have
canceled your payroll subscription. You will receive credit for the unused
portion of your subscription, and a refund check will be mailed within 60
days to the address we have on file for you.
We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of our data. If our information
is incorrect and you are using QuickBooks 2011 or newer, please accept our
apologies and call us immediately at (800) 624-2106 so that we can restore
your payroll service.
We appreciate your business and look forward to the opportunity to serve you
again in the future.
