今天一气之下，新建了个twitter帐号，结果完全一样的操作，同样的卡，几分钟之内
就收到确认回复了。。。
Anyway, I still have no idea what's gone wrong with the first twitter
account. I seldom use it but deals. So if you got the same problem, just

You have already been enrolled”。问AMEX，被告知one offer per twitter
account，它建议我再创建一个twitter账号。
