list上面
他这一周刚刚把retailer list从几百砍到20个了，所以就claim这个就行

their servers weren't ready for hundreds of search functions going on at one
time and they decided to remove the search function for the time being
until things settled down. So I called to verify that these were the ONLY
retailers accepting the HIGC. That is what I was told."

I can confirm that the HIGC no longer works at any of the smaller retailers
that used to be on the list, or that it worked at just a week ago. I
purchased some sprinkler parts from a nursery two weeks ago and the HIGC
card worked fine. Today when I went to make a purchase from the same nursery
the card came back with an unable to process error code.
It's not a small mom and pop nursery, they have around ten locations in the
SW states. I'd say it doesn't look good if Incomm suddenly decided all these
non big box stores are no longer classified as home improvement. The card
is advertised as a gift card for HI, not simply just Ace, Lowe's, or HD. "

it's pretty obvious why all those retailers dropped off the list of
available stores. All of them were performing the transactions through the
debit pin method, not the discover card network. once they turned off the
debit pin method, any retailer who would transact through discover was
removed. " |

get refund for 2 remaining cards.
Was thinking about getting a gas generator (in case of power outage for days
) or upgrade to a 8 gal air compressor, but I hardly use my power tools. I
don't even rotate tires myself with my power tools. Not a handy man type. |
